Steele Water has a talented, hardworking executive team with assorted backgrounds, education, and experience. Our team members have experience in everything that comprises a cable company, including building a cable system, installation, customer retention, audits, special projects, and equipment recovery.

The executive staff is comprised of members with over thirty years’ combined experience in providing services to many of the leading cable companies, such as Time Warner, Comcast, and Charter Communications.

Cynthia Gonzales – CEO, President

As co-founder of Steele Water Cable, Cynthia brings her years of business expertise to the enterprise in the form of strong leadership and execution. Cynthia has a background in business management and finance, and is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of Steele Water Cable. Her leadership has earned the company recognition as a leading Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

Carlos Gonzales – COO, RMO

With more than 14 years of experience in the cable business, Carlos is an industry veteran and a recognized expert in his field. Having held various supervisory and managerial positions with national cable providers like Cox and Charter Communications, he now brings his expertise to Steele Water Cable. Carlos has previously held positions as Regional Vice President, Area Manager and Operations Manager with fulfillment services companies, and now serves as Steele Water’s Chief Operating Officer and RMO.
